Learn Italian language and discovery the Italian cuisine - with an hands-on course which, together with Italian language, introduces you to the world of Italian food and wines.
4 hrs every day:This course includes lessons in Italian language in the morning (grammar and
conversation, 9:00 to 13:00) and in the afternoon practical and theoretical lessons in Italian cooking (the teacher explains typical Italian recipes, then students prepare the food together and learn the lexicon), in Italian wine (a specialised teacher teaches how to taste a wine, the students learn the lexicon and taste the wine, while typical Tuscan snacks are served). Furthermore, the course includes visits to a Tuscan winery in the famous Chianti area (wonderful in spring, summer and autumn), where you will learn how the wine is produced, to the typical food market in the centre of Florence and to a pizzeria where the students can try pizza making with their hands.

The Italian course includes the books, didactical materials etc. During the practical part the teacher will hand didactical materials, recipes, etc. - also included. At the end, the students will have learned Italian language in an effective way - plus will have learned many secrets of italian food and wine with a real hands-on experience - "learning by doing".
