The school doesn't take any commission on the accommodation and the price you pay is the free-market price in Florence. Many students come every year from all over the world to Florence. You can share an apartment with them, usually in the centre of the town or in the more modern areas, well connected by a public bus network. Accommodation in a family
One of the best ways to really come to know Florence is to live with an Italian family, alone or with other foreign students. The host family may vary, from the single parent with small children to the traditional nuclear family with mother, father and children to the older retired couple. All of these families live in Florence, and consider that we have been working with them since many years. We know all "our" families very well, some of them are good friends of us, and will become your friends too. You can feel really "at home" living by them !

Indipendent apartment
If you are interested in a studio-apartment, or a residence, ask us for a quote – in some seasons you can get very good prices ! The studio apartment are adapt for 1 or 2 persons, but of course there are apartments for 3 or more persons - do not hesitate to ask. The price you find here are for apartment.
