It is now possible - with the Scuola Toscana superior-level certification of knowledge of Italian (or AIL certification) - to enrole in the vocational courses run by the "Confcommercio", the Italian Confederation of Commerce. Their courses include Marketing, Shop Management, Sales Techniques, Window Dressing, Packaging, Office automation, etc. ..and are recognised throughout Italy.
